Community Health Systems

Anyone have dealings with a facilty owned by this company? We have 2 hospitals in my town, one already own by this company the other a not-for-profit "local " hospital. CHS tried to buy out the local hospital a couple years ago. Since that didn't work, they have now bought out the "doctors clinic" that about 75% of the town doctors are part of.I don't see this as a good thing for my town....any thoughts??
