Bayada - anyone work for them?

Has anyone worked or working for Bayada? Fulltime or parttime? I am thinking of working for them part time (I have another job that pays alot more, want to keep that one,too)
Do you know how often you have to work for them to keep a job? For example, can you work for them once a month, once every 2 monts and still keep a position there?
Do you like working for Bayada?
