Work now or keep going to school?

Do you think it would be better for a nurse to start working with a ADN while persuing a BSN? Or just keep going to school to get a BSN. I think skills are lost in the time pursuing a BSN. Any thoughts?
If you can get a job now then I would recommend that. You will gain experience and start making some money that can pay for you BSN. Also, some employers offer tuition reimbursement for nurses that are continuing their education.
