INTERVIEW Tips/Help (ICU floor)

I have an upcoming interview in the ICU same hospital that I work at now. I've been a Med/Surg nurse for 5 years, so it's been quite a while since I've had an interview. I have been actually looking around and finally someone from HR contacted me and set up an interview.

I just need tips on how to go about with this interview. I think I might have to go through HR and then meet with the manager or a peer interview. I just want to know especially what they usually ask during peer interviews or what the manager would ask me? I am hoping to really get this one..
