some questions about 24hour chart check

In your nursing home facilities, where you enter the entries for Physical therapy, speech therapy or other non-medication orders? For example, if someone changed from Asstx1 to Asstx2? or someone continues on PT, OT?

Also 24 hour chart check includes checking medications, appointments, therapies? anything else?

I didn't understand the first part of your question. But 24 hr chart checks include every single order written. Check both MARs and TARs to make sure any new orders were transcribed and transcribed correctly.
