embarrassing question...plz help...

Ok..i have a really embarrassing question...last night my fiance and i were messing around and i accidentally squeezed his penis a little too hard and he experienced the worst pain he has felt in regards to his penis and it started to bleed. Now this morning he woke up with dried blood on his penis and says it hurts. It is not swollen or bruised though. I just finished my PN yr so im not real sure what is going on or what to do. My guess is that i broke a blood vessel but not sure. And what should we do?? Can someone please help...
