question for current Wellpoint-AnthemBCBS employees

Hello,

I'm curious if anyone can give some feedback on how to obtain a position at Wellpoint.

I've applied a few times for a Case Manager position and have never received a call. I have no insurance experience, but do have an acute and Home Health background.

Do they generally hire only people with insurance experience?

Also, I'm in Kentucky and the only postings I have ever seen are for Case Managers. Does anyone know if they have positions like UM or DM in Kentucky or are those things handled out of other offices.

I've heard it's a great place to work, but it's very frustrating when you have no idea what they are looking for or if they would ever consider you.
