Nurses in Hong Kong...questions

I am currently in HK and one of the things I am trying to do is find out about the nursing profession here in HK...how is it like, what sort of qualifciations you need, etc.

1. Due to my not-so-fluent in cantonese language, would that be a big barrier for me practicing nursing in HK?

2. Are there any hospitals or clinics in HK that cater specifically to english-speaking population only?

3. Are there any public hospitals accessible by MTR where I can just drop by and walk inside and see? I don't mean walking into each unit..but just to get a general feel of the environment, etc
