Can you renew your license before finishing your CEU's???

In theory, depending on what state you live in, sure. Illinois uses the honor system for CEUs. But if you get audited, you're screwed.Wouldn't suggest it.

"Can" you? Probably. You don't need to show proof of CEUs in my state but sign when you renew affirming that you have completed your required CEUs. So, if you need to complete 30 CEUs by June 30th and have only completed 20, there's nothing in the renewal process that will prevent you from submitting your renewal. But it's fraud and if you get audited, you're up the creek without a paddle.Should you? Absolutely NOT. CEUs are required and you will be falsifying legal documents if you sign your renewal saying you have completed your CEUs when you haven't.
