I feel like a failure :( In needs words of encouragement :(

I feel like such a bad employee. I just started my new job as a PCT and already in training i was sent home 2 times for being sick. 1. for throwing up, and i got an x-ray and it turned out my lymph glands were super inflamed. and 2. I fainted in the nurses pod ( thank god it wasn't in a patients room). And today I was on my way to work for a 90 minute training and on the way my car completely broke down. I called my manager and told him I would be able to get there in 30 minutes and he said just forget it we'll reschedule a training time for..God what is wrong with me I feel like such failure lately. I seriously feel like crying this is so bad. (( Just needed to vent..thanks for listening.
