Meal % Measuring

Hi. I am trying to find information on how to measure instruct na's to use 25% method. Any ideas?
Would your dietician have any literature/instructional aids to healp you??? They usually do.I did see some sites listed on google, but didn't check it further. I think I asked 'meal measuring techniques'.
