I have not worked in healthcare for over 20 year

Ok I have a question, I am in my last semester of nursing school and I haven't worked in the health care setting for over 20 years. Several of my friends that have already graduated have jobs at our local hospital, and most of them have worked in the hospital or other health cares setting either while in nursing school or prior to nursing school. Are there any new nursing grad that don't have prior health care experience having problems getting job?

Most, if not all, new grads are having a hard time finding jobs. Anything that you can do to increase your healthcare experience prior to graduation can only help.
