do you get your benefit package after the 90 days?

I used to work as a unit clerk in the hospital, per diem, so I did not have any benefits.

I transferred departments and now I work part-time with benefits as a nursing assistant. I was told I have to wait 90 days. however, do I get information through mail about benefits after the 90 days and enroll after the 90 days or was I supposed to get information NOW and enroll now?
Why are you asking us instead of your employer? How on earth would anyone here know how your company benefits are set up?

Wow. Sometimes it's best to not answer instead of being rude in answering. OP, contact your Benefits Administrator in your Human Resource department. They'll know the answer to your question. More than likely, after the 90 days in your new position, you will be able to enroll. But find out from HR. Good luck!
