Book: angel walk nurses at war in Iraq and Afghanistan

Does anyone know why this book is so expensive? I have seen it for 200 on Barnes and noble and up to 900 on amazon!! Just confused as it is paperback and less than 200 pages. Thanks!
Looks like it's no longer in print? The limited number of copies would explain the price. It's too bad... seems like a really interesting book to read.
