Tell me a little about Health First Hospitals

Hello fellow nurses!! I am new to this site, A soon to be masters prepared nurse with 8 plus years experience in the acute setting. My family and I are looking to move to the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area in a few months or so. What can I expect to make hourly as a nurse with 8 years of experience? What kind of hourly wage does Health-First pay? I am checking out Cape Canaveral hospital. Does anyone work there or know much about that facility? Any incentives,perks, etc offered? Are they union? Tell me anything you can.
