Difference between RN clinician or staff RN?

Pardon my ignorance on this matter, but this is not something I ever noticed before I came to the US.

What is the difference between a staff nurse or a nurse clinician? I have seen many job postings for this and always wondered.
None, it's just whatever kind of title that facility or network decides to use. Sometimes in huge networks hospital nurses will be one thing and rehab facility another thing, for example - just to make it easier to immediately tell for what facility or branch of the network.

I have an ADN basically, this recruiter was aware of it, but told me with 3+ years experience I would be a nurse clinician.
