I took the survey, however I am not sure if it was intended that you can not select the same level on the Likert scale for each subsequent question in a set. For instance if I selected "somewhat concerned" for two questions such as level of concern for misuse and addiction, it would delete the previous answer that was the same. Therefore there may be unintentionally blank answers, and also it basically eliminates one possible answer as you go down the set for each subsequent question. I would think this would cause some distortion to your results.Just my input.Best of luck!!Tait
