Smart Interview Questions

So I'm getting to tour a hospital that I'm possibly going to apply to for tuition money in exchange for a 2 year contract. Does anybody have any advice or good questions that I should ask this potential future employer?
Orientation period.Patient population.Required skills: IV, phlebotomy, RT (some hospitals make you do them, some don't)Is there a rapid response team?Patient acuity, how is acuity calculated?Nurse to patient ratios.Are there chaplains? I have always worked in Catholic health systems by chance so I have grown very spoiled by amazing chaplains.SalaryEvaluation/Probation periodCNAs, how many, what can they do (every place is different, some take out IV's some don't)Is there a shared governance system?Is there a leveling program?
