Audio books or podcasts helpful to nurses

Hey folks,

I'm a new nurse with a 1-hour commute to my job (as a psych nurse.) I would like to use my time in the car to become a better nurse, and wondered if anyone has recommendations for audiobooks or podcasts. Doesn't necessarily have to be about nursing specifically — could be about efficiency or avoiding burnout or whatever.

I'd go for something by P.G. Wodehouse. As long as you're not laughing so hard that you can't steer, it would be a great stress reliever, which makes for a great nurse.
