Moving to Washington state. Need some advice!

I have a couple questions:

1. Im an LVN and I have every intention of continue my education. Are there any private LVN to RN progams in the Washington area? Preferably a trade school type considering my science classes will expire soon.

2. My licence is in California. What do you have to make your licence transferable to another state?

The WA DOH website has information on obtaining a license for the state. I did it years ago and do not remember it being very hard. Where in Washington will you be living?
