What are jobs you can get besides bedside?

I have my associates in nursing. I plan on getting my BSN. Are there nursing jobs that I can get without any experience besides doing the beside job in the hospitals?
of course. School nurse (although experience would help), health department, nursing homes, state surveyor, insurance case management, physician office, surgery centers to name a few

When you say bedside nursing, do you mean not med-surg floor or no patient care? If you are referring to jobs other than floor nurse, then ICU, ER, OR. maybe nursery. As for getting those types of jobs, depends on the hospital. Some hire directly out of school (most are the ones that stand out at clinical and are remembered by the Nursing Care Manager). Some hospitals have internships for new grads or work as a student nurse in the unit prior to graduation.Most non patient care nurses have years of experience before working for health depts, health insurance co., administrative (those require BSN), etc
