Your CEs keep your license active and up to date, well, that and employment (which I'm assuming is the same throughout the country). Keeping your skills is another issue because for that, yeah, you'd have to do patient care. Comment:
It's an RN job, isn't it? So you're working as an RN. If your state requires CEUs, you need to keep up with those. Even if you weren't working as an RN at all, you could keep your license active with CEUs.
