Hourly Wage Psych RN New Grad Raleigh-Garner NC area

I accepted a psych rn position on an acute psych unit for a private hospital. The director of nursing informed me that HR will speak to me regarding pay early next week. Was wondering what's the usual average hourly wage for a new grad psych RN in this area is. I will be working 3rd/night shift. Hope to hear back with some info!!! Thanks!
