Electronic stethoscope

I have recently developed horrible tinnitus and have been having difficulty hearing through a regular stethoscope. I am on a tight budget right now but really need to purchase a stethoscope with amplified sounds so that I can hear adequately. Does anyone know where I could purchase a decent one for around $100 to $150?
Check out eBay. I found an electronic stethoscope for less than $200. I've seen others for sale by nursing school students who drop out, EMTs who say they're selling to raise quick cash, etc. You won't need one with lots of extras (like the ability to record heart sounds), just a basic electronic stethoscope.
