Hep C workplace exposure

Hey everyone, A week ago I was emptying a JP drain on a Hep C patient. As I opened the drain a drop went into my eye. The drain had what appeared to be Ascites fluid (and confirmed by ICU nurse who tx pt), although it had been placed post op abdominal surgery. Anyone else have a similar situation where ascites fluid went into eye? How did your Hep C antibody test come back? I won't be able to get my results for 5 more weeks and am a bit anxious. Any info you have would be of great help. Thanks!
