Non-Contract vs. Contract CNA

Hi there, I'm about to accept a position as a CNA for a medical office of the Allina System. It's technically a nursing home supported by Allina. It's a non-contract nursing assistant position. Does that mean I'll make less $$ than a contracted CNA for Allina? It's a .9 position. Thanks - Waiting on an offer.
