PICOT question

Hello fellow nurses! I am in an RN-BSN program and I am wondering how universal the concept of a PICOT question is.

Have you heard of a PICOT question?

If yes, have you used this format outside of an academic program?
Yes, PICOT is universal; yes, you would use it as a foundation for any proposal you ever wrote.

I have developed several research projects utilizing the PICOT format in my work.

It's universal sometimes its just PICO though
