Who needs a RN refresher course? Career paths for MSN's?

Hello, my fellow colleagues! My question "Who needs a RN refresher course"? Is just that. I am not sure, if I personally need to take one or if I should take one. My story is that I was injured on the job in 2010. (I had been actively working in critical at point since 1996 /14 years). Realizing my injury would not be getting better; I chose to go back to school. I graduated in April 2013 with an MSN in leadership and management. (I was a charge nurse 90% of my nursing career). Presently, I am preparing to go back to work the beginning of the year 2014. Any advice on refresher courses, career opportunities/paths? I was always a hands on nurse/manager before. I do not really know exactly what/all options I may have (I have kept my license active). ANY and ALL advice is welcomed, please and thank you!
