Educator going back to school

My dilemma is I love my nurse educator job, it is Monday through Friday 7-3 pm. I will be starting a DNP program that conflicts with my job. Has anyone out there had the same problem? How do you cope with school and work as a nurse. Thinking I might have to go back to staff/floor nursing but I don't really want to. I have gone through all the posts about 12 hour versus 8 hour shifts but can not find any great solid advice.


Any advice would be appreciated.
