Books that help nurses deal with death

Does anybody know of any books that help deal with death as a nurse? Specifically oncology nursing? Or articles even
No books. Just time and experience, and it will still hurt when you lose someone you care for.

Final Gifts: Understanding the Special Awareness, Needs, and Communications of the Dying by Maggie Callanan and Patricia Kelley (both hospice nurses)

I agree. Final Gifts is required reading at the hospice where I work.

The classic Elisabeth Kubler-Ross is the best place to get started. "On Death and Dying." I also recently read "Rounds with Oscar," which might be a different perspective.
