Careers in PSA healthcare

I am a new graduate and currently purisng my BSN to be done with this Spring. I applied to PSA health care(Buffalo area) and have heard some negative things about this company. Like the pay for one. Does anyone have any thoughts?
If this is Pediatric Services of America you are asking about, a search on this site should show more negative experiences with this company. This is not one of those employers that one should place on their short list for a job.

I just got a call for them but they told me all their RN positions were filled at moment buti could do an LPN position and wait it out until a position for RN opens. It pays 16.50/hr. I Dont know if this seems worth it.
