Raises after annual review where you workRating: (votes: 0) Also feel free to throw in base hourly pay if you wish, since it differs so much depending on location. Where I work we get anything from 1.5% to 3% depending on performance Comment:
When I worked in the hospital, 0-2% at the discretion of your manager. So, if he/she didn't like you, you'd get no raise and like it.At my current job, I got 4% last June and just got almost 9%. This raise was greater than the sum total of raises that I got in my 4 1/2 years in the hospital.
Comment:
Standard raise around here is 2.7% but it can go up from there to around 5% for those special nurses who go to every committee, participate in every fundraiser & run every research project in the unit. Sent from my iPhone using allnurses

We get 2-4%. Seems like everyone I spoke with got 2%.

Our standard increase is 3%, but I managed 8% with a little haggling. I felt like I was buying a used car, except that I was the used car and the one being bought.

I work for a county hospital, we are lucky if we get a raise every year lol We usually get 2-3% if it is a good year
Comment:
Raise? What's that?
Comment:
I have gotten 2 raises in the last 6 months. The first was a 2% raise to all nurses and then they increased our shift differentials so I am now bringing home approx $150/paycheck more
Comment:
2-6% depending on overall performance rating and current placement in the pay range.

Quote from 1fastRNJust curious, what's the standard pay increase at your facility following a performance review? Is there a standard percentage? Also feel free to throw in base hourly pay if you wish, since it differs so much depending on location.
Comment:
0-4% at review
Comment:
0-3% but almost everyone gets 2.75% for some reason. We also have a clinical ladder program that will give you an extra $2-$5/hr if you participate.
