License audit

I just got in the mail an audit for my LPN license. I have never been audited before and am freaking out!! I have been in school for my RN and have not been doing my CEU's like I should have. I have some not sure where they are all at and not sure if I will have enough. Has this evey happened to anyone else? If so what did they do? I live in Delaware.

Check to see if any RN classes count as CEUs. If you renewed and stated that you had sufficient CEUs but in fact did not you can face fines & a sanction from the BoN for falsification of renewal application
