License by Endorsement DC/VA

Hello,

I'm a little confused and hope maybe someone has some insight?

I graduated from Nursing school in Pennsylvania- even though I knew I was moving to Virginia as soon as I graduated to join my husband (Army) my school made it very clear if I didn't get licensed in PA I was pretty much their last priority and would be lucky to get my ATT by the end of the summer. Needless to say I got my initial license through PA and am in the process of getting licensed by endorsement for VA, this was a pretty easy (although costly) process.

Now for the tricky part - I'm looking into getting licensed by endorsement for DC as well due to the fact I'm not sure where I will be working. Do I have to have verification from PA Board of Nursing as well as VA Board of Nursing sent to DC Board of Nursing?
