Va or kaiser ? To go back to school or not?

So here's my Dilemma,I'm in my mid 20's and I am currently working for Kaiser and the VA. ( I love both place, can not complain at all)
I am trying to figure out which institution would be better long term wise?

Kaiser- free healthcare, higher pay

VA- I love working for the veterans since my husband is one. Good vacation hours and more flexible schedule,

and should I go back to school for NP ? what's the pros and cons? I could use my husbands GI bill. I am married but my husband won't be back from the border patrol for at least 2 years. so at the moment I have all the time to focus my career

I am in the stage of my career where if I dont do it know I would never be able to do it.
