Newbie

Hello everyone! I am new here but i can honestly say that all nurses have helped me in a lot of ways especially when i was applying for a job. I got recently hired at a hospital in a small town at texas and i will be migrating from the philippines. I am a goal oriented person and i would like to ask your opinions or any tips as to what is the best way to progress or step up the ladder.. Thank you all for your kind help in advance.
