Daycare in Maryland

So I relocated to Maryland not long ago and come to find out that daycare options are very limited. I got a potential job offer but seem unable to find daycare to cover 12 or even just 10 hr shifts. How does everybody else do it? I'm in the Washington DC area. There were way more options at my old place.
