Nursing school in MDRating: (votes: 0) I'm a paramedic in Maryland, and I am after my rn. I'm having trouble finding a medic to rn program. Any suggestions? If not, or in addition, I would be ok with a full aas program, if part of it could be self-paced, or online. I would like to avoid spending two years in school if possible. Thank you. A little googling discovered this:Online Nursing Program OverviewLooks like CCBC has a Paramedic to RN bridge program. Comment:
Thank you for the reply. Yeah, googled plenty. Found ccbc, but the schedule wont work out with my full time medic schedule. Anybody who has done a medic to rn?

Subee, I hear what your are saying. I work a rotating schedule, two 24s a week. I have plenty of time, but a traditional program wont let me work. I am just trying to see if there would be a program that would accommodate a working paramedic. If it comes down to it, I can suck it up and go part time at work. Thanks for the insight.
