Iowa Chronic Care Consortium

I received a random email from the Iowa Chronic Care Consortium about a clinical health coach training program. This email came completely out of the blue and my co-workers didn't receive it. It sounds like a great program but I'm wondering if it's a scam. I couldn't find any thread on here about it. A quick Google search didn't pull up anything of value. Have you heard of it? Know anyone who has gone through their program? Is it worthwhile? Thanks for your help!
