Advice for my job interview in a MD's office

Hi

My name is Cissy. I have been an RN for almost two years, an LPN before that. I have worked in an outpatient cancer care center and long term care geri psych. My issue is, I left on not so good terms with my DON. How do I handle the request for a reference from this facility?

Ask a coworker that you were on good terms with for a reference.

This I have taken care of. The supervisor agreed, however, she may have heard from the DON I left on not so good terms. I know I can get a co worker to give me a good reference. What if they want to speak with the DON?
