Hello guys,

Does anybody know when re-applying for the California Board of Nursing, do you have to send your previous documents again for your Misdemeanor??

I took my NCLEX on Novermber 2014 and didn't pass unfortunately. I am now re-applying again to the California Board of Nursing. I am just wondering if you can just tell them in the letter that you already submitted the legal documents and other supporting documents the first time you apply. I mean it should be on their record already.

So, does anyone out there know if I really should send those previous documents again or I can just state that they have the proper documents on their file.

I appreciate the response. Thanks!!!
