Iam a postgraduate fresher in nursing with one year clinical experience. Iam in great confusion and outs all about bedside nursing or working as a faculty in nursing colleges. I find it difficult to choose. Please help me in the context of career growth. It has always been many dream to pursue my career abroad. Which one can lead me to my destination?
Hi, I don't have a clue about the significance of working abroad but can say in my opinion educators absolutely should also be a practicing clinician. The ones who do this are amazing, the ones who haven't so much as wiped an arse in decades, if ever... not so much.
