Scrubbing in Cath lab

I currently work at a small hospital in Delaware. The cath techs will not let the nurses scrub here. Do any other labs have the same issues?
I'm at a loss - I don't understand what you're asking us. Could you explain the situation about which you're asking?Simply saying that cath techs "will not let" nurses scrub doesn't mean much to me because I'm not familiar with the scenario.
