Hiring process of St. Elias

hi everyone, i am just wondering if anyone knows what is the hiring process in St. elias specialty hospital here in anchorage alaska, i applied thru online application a month ago and got called for interview, everything went smoothly its been 3 days but never heard anything from them. What will i do? should i call them or wait a lil longer?thanks in advance.
