Work for IHS?

I am considering applying for IHS jobs. There are two sites that are within an hour of where I currently live (Winnebago, NE and Wagner, SD) . I went to a private college for my BSN and have an outrageous amount in student loans and the loan repayment is very enticing. Has anyone had experience with these facilities? Has anyone been denied loan repayment once they started working there?
