11 Do you ever think of something that you read on all nurses at inappropriate times?

Last night I had a patient whom was HIV and hep c positive. I went in to their room and there was a piece of gauze and tape on the ground with a bit of dried blood on it...

I thought to myself, "that poster the other day would have blown an aneurysm"

I really tried my best to hold it together so I wouldn't look like a lunatic laughing randomly and inappropriately.
