New Gard LPN... Not so good credit =

Hello everyone,

I graduated not to long ago and finaly got an interview at a hospital. Interview went well and she said she was gooing to do a background check and will get back with me in the next couple of days... I check online on what all is included in a background check. and credit history is. I can't remember when i applied online if i authorized it or not but thats the past. Im 22 and made bad decisions when i was 18, bought a car that i couldnt afford(you dont want to know hwo that turned out) plus 3 credit cards; hence the fact why i went to school so i can take care of that and for my future. I know this subject has been touched on but i could use some support =. Will a credit check affect employment or is their a way to discuss it if it comes up? if not how am i to rebuild my credit if every job is gonna check it and not accept application? thanks
