excited to work yet confused.. need ur help :(

helloo everyone! i got my BSN degree outside the US last april 2007, migrated in US after i graduate, and just passed NCLEX-RN August 2008. I dont have any nursing job experiences yet.. my questions are:

1. is it a right choice to work in a nursing home to start my first job?

2. i want to consider working in a hospital for a good exposure, but i am told by my friends that hospitals will not accept me because i dont have any nursing job experiences yet...

3. am i still qualified to join in a graduate nurse program eventhough i graduated last year of 2007? i tried to search for nursing grad programs in the net but i realized they've just started.. so i dont know wat to do anymore..

im excited to work but dont know how to proceed.. hope you guys could help me im new here TNX IN ADVANCE
