Icu Or Occ Health

I am currently working in a 6 bed ICU in a small hospital, I have put my resignation in & have applied to different positions. I have been offered a job in a new hospital as a level 3 RGN on their ICU/med surg floor which I am excited about. I also have been offered an occupational heakth nurse job at GE money is the same benfits are similar.....I am very very tempted. I have experience in both fields, any suggestions from you guys??
