Help writing a resume

Could someone please help me in a couple of ways. First, I need to update my resume, because I am no longer a new grad. Second. Nursing is a second/third career for me. Not yet 40 but, I have been working since I was 16. I am currently working in a hospital as a RN. However, with the economy (no extra shifts and constant EA's) and an up coming divorce, I am looking for a part time job. Well I came across a job for a medical transcriptionist, with 2 yrs. acute care hosp. experience. Work from home. You see the first time I went to college 1989. I completed more than 1/2 of a Legal Secretary program at the local community college. This is were I learned to type and transcribe. I worked as a admin. assistant for a couple of years. My dilemma is, my current resume is focused on Nursing, Which needs to be updated and how and where do I add this experience. If I listed every job that I had. It would read like a book. I would like to pm with someone about this. 2nd dilemma is, although I have alot of skills, I don't know how to PM. Please help me if you can.
